After watching the show on ESPN. I just wanted to try something
besides powerlifting.
Summer Strength Festival, Bend, OR, Summer of 1998.
I train three mornings a week for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours with my son and a couple
other individuals. We also train strongman events on weekends.

I just keep telling myself one more step or one more rep.
Monday - Back day. We do a lot of deadlifts, cleans, high pulls and farmer's walk.
Wednesday - Upper body. This includes log press and overhead training.
Friday - Leg day. We do several varieties of squats, front carries, and yoke walks.
Occasional Saturdays we pull trucks and flip tires.
